Clubs

VS has a weekly schedule of “club” activities. Students who choose to participate can select from a variety of activities supervised by VS teachers. Such selections may include Bible club, American Sign Language club, photography club, sports club, art club, board game club, chess club, jogging club, cake decorating club, recycling club, computer club, flutophone club, journalism club, video production club, worship team and student government. All clubs, with the exception of student government (held for the duration of the academic year), meet one day each week from 3:15p.m – 3:45p.m. for the duration of one semester.

Students elected to serve in the student government must maintain a 3.0 GPA and exemplify good citizenship (i.e. no discipline problems, missing assignments, dress code violations, etc.).
